Frontier Energies is looking for a seasoned and detail-driven Head of Quality to lead our quality assurance and control functions across all manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall quality strategy for the plant operations
- Establish and maintain QMS (ISO, BIS, and other relevant standards)
- Ensure in-process and final product quality through audits and compliance
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and R&D for process optimization
- Train and guide quality team members across all shifts
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Interface with third-party auditors, clients, and certifying bodies
